Hola me llamo Karina León de Bettino, soy la asistente (EA) en el Salón 10 de kínder en la escuela Emerson. Estoy muy emocionada para empezar nuestro año escolar 2020-2021. Me siento afortunada de usar mis habilidades y aprendizaje para ayudar a nuestros niños.

Nací en Xalapa, Veracruz en México. Fui maestra de literatura y español en México por cinco años y me gradué en la licenciatura y maestría de la Universidad Veracruzana. Me mudé a Minneapolis en 2015 y he trabajado en Emerson por 4 años.

Me encanta enseñar el idioma español y principalmente compartir mi cultura mexicana y baile con los niños en Emerson.

Hello, my name is Karina León de Bettino, I´m Associate Educator (EA) in kindergarten Room 10 at Emerson School. I´m very excited to begin our 2020-2021 school year. I feel fortunate to use my skills and learning to help our children.

I was born in Xalapa City, Veracruz in Mexico. I was a literature and Spanish teacher in Mexico for five years and I graduated in bachelor's and a master's degree from the Universidad Veracruzana. I moved to Minneapolis in 2015 and have worked at Emerson for 4 years.

I love teaching the Spanish language and sharing my Mexican culture and dance with the children at Emerson.
